2. Eligibility

3. User Responsibilities

• Communicate any special requirements or changes in schedule promptly.
• Respect any property visits arranged on your behalf.

4. Service Scheduling and Changes

Appointments for property viewings must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. You may request a reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. Reschedule requests can be made via our form.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on EliteCondo.info and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of booking or digital delivery, as applicable.

7. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Luxury Condo Selection Services

• If you cancel a scheduled viewing at least 48 hours ahead, you are eligible for a full reimbursement of any fees paid.
• Requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% service fee deduction.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement, due to reserved specialist time.
• Reimbursements are processed within 14 days via the same method used for payment.

7.2 Digital Information Products

• All digital items are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant delivery, these items are not eligible for reimbursement once access has been granted.
• This policy ensures the integrity of our proprietary market insights and the security of our content delivery system.

7.3 Physical Goods

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
• After verification, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
• If a replacement is not available, you may choose a different product of equal value or request reimbursement.
• Reimbursements for physical items are processed within 14 days from confirmation of the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

EliteCondo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kuwait City.
